Yunita Sofyan is a Ph.D. student from Indonesia. She has a Master of Management Science and Engineering and Ph.D in Business Administration from Xi’an Jiaotong University, and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Riau, Indonesia. Currently in her 2nd Ph.D in of Circular Economic in University of Trieste. Her research area is organizational behavior, with research interests related to knowledge management, positive psychology, organizational climate, and career performance. Her work has been published in international journals and conferences such as the European Management Review, Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources, Personnel Review, Journal of Knowledge Management, Current Psychology, AOM, and so on.
