Since, november 2016 I am employed at Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. Currently I am a postdoctoral researcher and teaching assistant. Recently, I have defended a PhD thesis titled »The impact of personal demands and resources on the relationship between job design and innovative work behavior«. The idea for the thesis stems from a project »Fostering innovative work behavior of public employees by using work design interventions« lead by my mentor associate professor Tomislav Hernaus. 

I am now looking forward to new research projects in the field of organizational behavior as well as publishing two or three quality papers from my PhD dissertation. Also, in the near future I will dedicate more time for learning/practising new research methods.
