Ivan Zupic is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the Institute of Management Studies, Goldsmiths, University of London, where he is teaching Entrepreneurial Finance and The Entrepreneurial Project modules. 

His research interests include three main areas: (1) high-growth firms; (2) how digital technology enables open collaborative strategies (e.g. platform strategies, crowdsourcing) and (3) research methods – he is especially interested in bringing methods from machine learning and information systems (e.g. topic modeling, bibliometrics) into strategy and entrepreneurship research. His articles have been published in peer-reviewed journals such as Organizational Research Methods, Management Decision and European Management Journal.

Before entering academia he worked as a consultant in the IT industry and editor/journalist in the media. He has extensive experience as a project manager in technology development, interacting with other managers as a consultant and running his own small business.
