Emil Knezović, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Management and the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Administration. He earned his Ph.D. in 2016 at the International University of Sarajevo. He has been Head of the Department of Economics and Management from 2018 to 2022 and Vice-Rector for Academic Activities and Students’ Affairs from 2022 to 2023. His research interests include human resource management, entrepreneurship, and innovation. He has published in several reputable journals, such as Employee Relations, the European Journal of Management and Business Economics, the Journal of Personality, Scientific Reports, Personality and Individual Differences, and the Journal of Family Business Management. He edited a book and published several book chapters with Springer.
