Dejan Uršič, M.Sc., is a Ph.D. candidate in the final year of the doctoral program at the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. He works as a Young Researcher at the same institution, where he participates in several academic research projects. He also serves on the editorial board of Management Challenges, a research journal published by the Slovenian Academy of Management (SAM). His main fields of interest are digital innovation and the use of artificial intelligence in organizations. His work has been published in various international journals and conferences such as the Social Research – Journal for General Social Issues, Academy of Management, European Academy of Management, and others.
