Crew member - Ana Aleksić Mirić - Humanizing Digital Work

Dr. Ana Aleksić Mirić is a professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, where she has been teaching since 2003. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Master’s degree with a perfect GPA, and a PhD from the same institution. Her doctoral research focused on organization design mechanisms for organizational learning and knowledge transfer in strategic alliances. She was a visiting scholar at Duke University, Fuqua School of Business and completed specialized training in organizational network analysis on Carnegie Mellon University. Throughout her academic career, she has received multiple scholarships for academic excellence, including from the Serbian government and the U.S. State Department.

Dr. Aleksić Mirić has taught a wide range of courses, including Organizational Design, Organizational Behavior and Knowledge Management. She has mentored numerous master’s and doctoral theses and has been involved in various international academic programs. Additionally, she has contributed to e-learning projects and student competitions, and she is currently a visiting fellow at the University of Zagreb.
