Aleš Popovič is a Professor of Information Systems at NEOMA Business School, France. He holds visiting positions at the School of Economics and Business at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, and at NOVA IMS – Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal.

He is the Head of the research programme »Digitalization as Driving Force for Sustainability of Individuals, Organizations, and Society« financed by Slovenian Research Agency. Aleš has published his research in various academic journals, such as Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, Expert Systems with Applications, Information Systems Frontiers, Government Information Quarterly, and Journal of Business Research.

Dr. Popovič is on the Editorial Board of International Journal of Information Management, Industrial Management & Data Systems, and Information Systems Management.
