Saleh Samimi Dehkordi is an early-career researcher and academic with a PhD in Circular Economy and Business Models, with a focus on sustainable innovation and organization behavior from the University of Trieste, Italy. His interdisciplinary work bridges the fields of organizational behavior, creativity, innovation, and sustainability, with a growing focus on how individuals and teams navigate complexity and change in dynamic environments. Saleh has studied and conducted research across Italy, France, Slovenia, and Iran.
