With flexible, remote and digital work on the uprise, this content deck narrows in on the responsiveness of digital and IT infrastructures, how they interact with organizational, unit and job design, and how jobs and work processes can be designed top-down to overcome technological overload and technological invasion. In addition, taking a bottom-up perspective, we are interested in how individuals can craft their jobs, adapt their mindset from digital resistance to digital encroachment when facing the digitized work changes within the appropriate design setting.
