Saša Batistič is an Assistant Professor at the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences, Tilburg University, Department of Human Resource Studies. His current research interests include work relationships, socialization of organizational newcomers and the interplay between organizational context and individual behaviours. His work has been published in distinguished academic journals such as The Leadership Quarterly, Human Resource Management Review, British Journal of Management, International Journal of Project Management, European Management Journal and Scientometrics, among the others. He is on the editorial board of the Journal of Organizational Behavior and an associate editor of the Dynamic Relationships Management Journal. His master’s thesis received the most prestigious award from the University of Ljubljana – The University Prešeren award.
