I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) (University of Zagreb, Croatia). Previously, I worked at the Knowledge Management and Innovation Research Centre at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where I obtained my doctoral degree. My current research interests include service innovation, design thinking, digital work, and knowledge dynamics. I am particularly passionate about promoting a human-centred approach to innovation and (digital)work in business and educational contexts. I am curious and driven; I would love my research to be meaningful for practice (and not only academia). My research has been published with publishers such as Taylor & Francis and Routledge. Since recently, I have been appointed as a secretary of the Institute for Euro-Asian Studies at FEB; I am very keen to help in building (researching and teaching) connections between the two worlds.
