Young researcher, teaching assistant, and a PhD student at the School of Economics and Business of the University of Ljubljana. I research in the field of human resources with an emphasis on well-being in the workplace, the importance of sleep, and resilience. I previously worked in the field of corporate communications in a multinational corporation and for the last few years, I’ve been a member of selection committee for the Golden Thread – a project that rewards the best Slovenian employers of the year.
