Luka Eržen graduated from the School of Economics and Business University of Ljubljana, where he now works as a researcher and teaching assistant in the field of Human Resource Management. His research focuses primarily on studying and developing diversity and inclusion strategies. At the same time he works as a management consultant with well-known multinational companies both in Slovenia and abroad. Previously he was the owner of a start-up company and worked for an international high-tech company as a project manager for employer branding.
