Antonio Sadarić, PhD is an organizational behavior scholar and innovation enthusiast. He is passionately curious about organizational storytelling, symbolism and general mechanisms of social learning in different contexts. Over the years, he has developed an interesting “portfolio” of skills while pursuing a career path not seen every day. In fact, the story of his professional journey resembles Hitchcock’s masterpiece, “North by Northwest” with unexpected twists and turns at almost every corner. Some of his best work has been in the playground of strategic HRM, organizational development and tech startups. When not working, Antonio enjoys 90s adventure games, art, and festival cinematography.
